SalaryT&K Associates are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join our Client on a temporary to permanent basis in Shepshed.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a small friendly team who really care about their employees.
Assembly Operative Job Details;
- £11.50 per hour to start with the opportunity of an increase after a successful probationary period is passed
- Paid overtime available once trained at a premium rate of £17.25 per hour
- Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm
- Annual bonus scheme

Assembly Operative Role & Responsibilities include;
- Assembly of electrical motors
- Installation of insulation & copper coils
- Assisting in the test bay
- Packing products and working in the goods out department
- Use of various hand tools
- Coil winding
- All other associated tasks as required
Person Specification;
- Previous electrical / assembly experience is preferred
- Co-ordination of hand and eye movements is necessary to produce a good quality product
- A good team player
- Strong attention to detail
