We're on the lookout for a committed Assembly Operative to join our client's established and thriving business in Dorchester on a permanent basis. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, working closely with experienced colleagues to learn the ins and outs of the role.
As an Assembly Operativeyour duties will involve:
- Assist in the assembly and production processes using hand & power tools.
- Safely operating machinery in compliance with health and safety standards
- Providing support across various production tasks as needed.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the work area
You’ll benefit from: Regular Monday – Friday 6:30am to 4pm , overtime opportunities and working within a supportive & friendly environment.
As an Assembly Operative, you’ll have:
- Previous experience in machining, assembly, or a related field.
- A keen eagerness to learn and thrive in a dynamic production setting.
- Excellent attention to detail, reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
