Job Title: Assembly Operative
Contract: Temp (with potential to progress to Perm)
Pay Rate: £12-£14 per hour
Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri 8:30 - 17:00 OR 9:00 - 17:30
Location: Hendon, North West London
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble solar panel unit components accurately and efficiently according to the provided specifications
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area
- Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production
- Previpous experience working with machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Be able to comfortably lift 25kg
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Forklift license desirable but not essential
