We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to assemble, test, and troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, as well as hands-on experience with assembly techniques and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently assemble various types of agricultural machinery according to established guidelines and timelines to meet production targets.
- Employ impact tools effectively and safely during the assembly process to ensure components are securely fastened.
- Operate cranes with precision and care to lift and position heavy machinery parts as required for assembly.
- Skillfully assemble hydraulic hoses, including cutting, crimping, and fitting connections, to ensure proper functioning of hydraulic systems.
- Integrate electronic components into machinery assemblies, following wiring diagrams and assembly instructions, to enable electronic functionalities.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including the ability to work beyond normal contracted hours and on weekends, to accommodate production demands and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with hand and power tools commonly used in assembly work.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, including wiring, soldering, and mechanical assembly techniques.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.
- Proficiency and expertise in mechanical fittings, hydraulic systems, and electronics.
- Competence in using computer applications.
- Possession of a valid Forklift License.
