We are recruiting for 2 posts.
The Assessment Administrator plays a crucial role within the School’s Central Programmes Services department, focusing on the operational delivery of examinations and assessments for the Executive Degrees and Diplomas. Reporting to the Senior Assessment Manager, the post-holder will coordinate day-to-day tasks and projects related to assessment processes, collaborating with various stakeholders internally and externally.
Key responsibilities:
  • Manage assessment queries from students, faculty and other assessors, liaising with External Examiners for effective collaboration.
  • Produce and distribute assessment-related materials, ensuring accurate and timely production.
  • Maintain the online submissions system, enrolling students, monitoring submissions and sending material for marking.
  • Assist the Proctors’ Office with documentation for examination disciplinary hearings with confidentiality and efficiency.
You must possess excellent organisational skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently to meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial, as the role involves building relationships and effective communication with a diverse range of stakeholders. Proficiency in IT, specifically with databases and spreadsheets, is required.
