About the role:
We are currently looking for an Assessor/Trainer in Business and Management to join on a temprary basis to cover long term sickness.
As an Assessor Trainer in Business and Management, you will take overall responsibility for an agreed caseload of learners, providing high-quality training, coaching, mentoring, instruction, and assessment to help them achieve their apprenticeship and/or qualification in a timely manner. You will act as the main point of contact for employers and learners, fostering positive relationships to support the training and development of learners. Y
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in Business and Management.
- Assessor qualification (e.g., A1, TAQA) desirable.
- Experience in delivering training, coaching, and assessment in a similar role.
- Knowledge of apprenticeship standards, EPA requirements, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in education and training.
