Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Asset Data Analyst on a 9 month Fixed Term basis at our Westminster Bridge Road office.
A bit about the role:
As an Asset Data Analyst, you will ensure that property information is entered correctly into various systems, whilst working to ensure that data quality is maintained.
You will play a key role within Peabody ensuring data is entered in accurately and timely by:
Ensuring property creations are entered into relevant systems accurately and timely. This includes associated blocks and estates to ensure property hierarchies are correct.
Working closely with the Data Quality Team to ensure property information on our current housing stock is up to date, accurate and relevant.
Updating systems with property closures following a disposal or final staircasing on receipt of completion statement.
Checking reported issues from the data quality issues log and rectify within systems if required.
Contributing to other team tasks as required such as voids reporting and gathering data for options appraisals.
A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office is required.
