Asset Management Administrator

Based from Cardiff, CF24 1GG

14.8 hours per week (over 2 days), 12-month Fixed Term Contract

£26,032 per annum (pro rata)

£13.48 per hour

The opportunity:

Linc Cymru is a social housing association dedicated to providing affordable and quality homes for individuals and families in Wales.We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Asset Management Administrator. This role will provide clerical, administrative, and frontline support to both the Compliance and Health & Safety service areas.

Responsibilities:

- Deal with incoming enquiries from different service areas to contribute to a comprehensive and proactive customer-focused service.

- Work closely with the Compliance and Health & Safety teams to ensure efficient operation and adherence to relevant regulations and policies.

- Act as the point of contact for identifying, reporting, and liaising all insurance-related claims.

- Collaborate closely with the insurance company to manage claims efficiently and effectively.

- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.

- Support the Asset Management function in understanding the environments in which we operate, including Care and Homes, and be willing to learn and understand the challenges within these areas.

- Provide general administrative support to the Compliance and Health & Safety teams, including document management, data entry, and report generation.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

What we need from you:

-

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a housing association or similar industry.

-

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.

-

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.

-

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

-

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstratinga high level of collaboration.

-

Knowledge of compliance and health & safety regulations and procedures is desirable.

-

Self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn and adapt.
