Job Purpose: The Asset Manager (PPM) role is responsible for managing and controlling all changes to planned preventative maintenance regimes to accurately reflected in both Integrator CAFM (Concept) and Mitie CMMS Maximo's. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and supply chain partners to communicate and implement PPM changes effectively. The role is pivotal for PPM change management and continuous improvement.

Implement changes to planned maintenance regime
Ensure all changes follow the change control process and update the change control tracker enabling smart PBI change tracking in real time
Maintain consistent processes
Support the Head of Strategic Asset Management to ensure uniform approaches to PPM change across the contract
Manage PPM changes across work streams
Handle changes related to site acquisitions, disposals, projects, remedial works, and BAU changes through effective stakeholder communication. Ensure supply chain mitigations are reviewed and required changed implemented to PPM regimes.
Align PPM plans with SFG20, BSI, client requirements and industry best practice
Ensure PPM plans meet the latest SFG20 publication and align with client expectations. This involves highlighting PPM inaccuracies. Ensure adherence to the Asset Management System (AMS)
Develop training guides and processes for PPM Change
Create comprehensive guides covering governance, data integrity, and auditing processes related to planned maintenance changes
Coordinate with Asset Coordination team
Liaise with other Asset Management teams to ensure seamless processing and alignment of downstream changes
Collaborate with help desk and performance teams
Work closely with these teams to identify and implement PPM change requirements
Work with commercial team to identify impact of changes
Assess the impact of changes and facilitate revenue recovery through effective collaboration with the commercial team
Align operational objectives with commercial interests
Ensure a clear alignment between operational objectives and Mitie's commercial goals
Perform ad hoc tasks as required by the business and the role
Undertake additional duties and tasks as needed to support the business and fulfil the role requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Strong technical background in M&E
- Experience in Asset Care/MRO
- Proficient in data processing and management
- Highly proficient in Microsoft applications e.g. Excel, VBA
- Extensive knowledge of statutory compliance in built environment
- Familiarity with CAFM/EAMs/CMMS systems (e.g. Maximo, SAP)
- Experience in quality management system environments, such as ISO
- Efficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- IOSH or similar certification
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Power BI (Desirable)
- HND or above in STEM (or equivalent experience).
