Minimum of 3 years experience within the railway engineering industry or similar heavy engineering industry in a supervisory or management role Possess an Engineering degree Experience of vehicle/complex machinery maintenance and overhaul Experience and knowledge of the optimisation of production systems and processes Experience of working with Quality and Safety Management Systems Experience of using MS Word and MS Excel Sound people management skills. Experience of developing and managing programme budgets Experience in managing projects Ability to work outside normal working hours including occasional weekend and night shift working Able to satisfy such medical standards as may apply to the post Full driving licence with access to a vehicle
