Are you passionate in Corporate Actions? If yes - explore our new opportunity in Prime Middle Office team!

As an Asset Servicing Client Service Senior Associate in the Prime Middle Office team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and supporting the global corporate actions teams. The team is tasked with resolving queries, managing exceptions and coordinating elections on voluntary events.

Middle Office Asset Servicing is driving an aggressive agenda to enhance the client experience and operating processes. As a result, in this role you will directly focus specifically on Middle Office Asset Servicing (Corporate Actions).

Job Responsibilities

  • Reviews and handles accurately and timely of Corporate Actions (dividends, P&I, mandatory, voluntary, proxy, tax) queries
  • Adherences to firm and departmental procedures and controls
  • Ensures 100% responses are received and sent on Corporate Action elections
  • Understands the control environment and ensuring daily checks are completed
  • Participates in and facilitate team huddles
  • Escalates appropriately to senior managers
  • Assists with team and departmental processes and projects

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Financial markets product knowledge and understanding of the transaction lifecycle
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to face off to very demanding stakeholders and managing their expectations
  • Excellent problem solving skills to identify, understand and address operational and technical issues
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop relationships across the various stakeholders including senior business executives
  • Motivated and able to deliver with minimal supervision, whilst working effectively in a team

  • Full lifecycle Asset Servicing product & process knowledge
  • Corporate Actions and Middle Office exposure
