The role & what you take care of:
A great opportunity has arisen for an Asset Surveyor within the Asset Investment department of Magna Housing, for an enthusiastic and committed individual. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that works in partnership with our colleagues, assisting in the development of survey programmes. You will interpret and analyse property data, alongside conducting stock condition and asbestos surveys to our homes.
Your key responsibilities will be:
To ensure that our customers receive a home that excels in quality and in the standard of finish throughout.
To ensure that our recording and reporting of data is entered correctly, thus maintaining our compliance requirements.
To assist the Project Managers in delivering our planned works and that we are a leader in our service to our customers.
What you need to be successful:
You will have a HND or equivalent in a construction related discipline, with a mathematical mindset with excellent communication, numeracy, and interpersonal skills.
You need to be organised, logical and capable of concise and accurate work, together with a proficient level of IT comprehension.
You will have excellent knowledge of Building Regulations and experience of construction from inception to completion.
