We're looking for an Asset Technical Support Administrator to join our Property Services Team located at our Head Office currently located in Westminster and moving to Caledonian Road this year.
£28,000.00 per annum, working 35 hours per week. Benefits include 25 days Annual Leave, pension schemes, staff discounts, healthcare and career progression.

The Asset Technical Administrator will work as part of the wider Asset Team within Look Ahead's Property Services department. The Asset Technical Administrator will assist with project administration, team filing, general enquiries, invoice payments, managing team correspondence, including resident letters and emails, booking and minuting meetings, evidencing customer satisfaction and supporting Look Ahead's no-access process. This role will also support the Asset Manager with data return information and inputting into the Asprey asset management database.
Supporting the Project Managers with administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of projects. This role will also support the Asset Manager and the wider Property Services team with property and asset admin support.
This role requires a valid Right to Work for the UK as Look Ahead are not a sponsoring organisation.
What you'll do:

* Customer Service
Culture of first-time resolution, excellent customer service and a can-do attitude.
* Administrative
Maintain Asset Team action plans, weekly contractor progress reports, Asset Team inbox queries, minute-taking at relevant meetings, and providing services with reports on weekly Planned Works progress. Assist Asset Manager with data cleansing and updating. Assistance on Stock Condition Survey programme administration. Check and process any invoices received within required timescales, in accordance with contract and financial standing orders. Liaison with the Finance Team on invoicing processing matters.
* IT Systems
Accurate data entry. Updating records within the asset management system and other databases. Management of Microsoft Office package for letters, spreadsheets, email correspondence, diaries, etc.
* Support KPI capture
Work with Project Managers and contractors to ensure KPI information is available to stakeholders and reach out to customers who either do not respond, or respond with low scores.
* Project Delivery
Work with the Asset Team to ensure process is followed, and stock information and data is captured and updated from completed works.
* Health and Safety
Assist with compiling key health & safety (H&S) information and ensure that project files are available to stakeholders.
* Reporting and Information
Assist with the monitoring and tracking of key project milestones and assist with providing all necessary information to Scheme Managers, and internal and external stakeholders.

Essential:
* Educated up to a relevant qualification in English and Maths

Desirable:
* Knowledge of construction techniques
* Knowledge of building standards regulatory requirements in relation to repairs and maintenance
* Demonstrable knowledge of construction Health and Safety regulations
