We are currently recruiting for an Asset and Energy Surveyor to join our Assets Investment Team.
Your role is to be a team member of the Asset Management & Sustainability, to support an effective and efficient asset management for Valleys to Coast.
The purpose of the role is to undertake a variety of necessary asset related surveys and assessment, including; Stock Condition Surveys, Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) Surveys, Domestic Energy Assessment (EPC), and PAS2035 Retrofit Assessment
The role will require you to work with the Assets & Energy Surveyor and Assets Investments Business Partner to ensure continuous improvements to quality of asset data.
As part of the role you will help promote the consistency in the quality and standard of asset surveys and assessments.
