Working closely with the Accommodation Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
You will control stock, manage inventory, assist with rostering, training etc

Other responsibilities will include overseeing housekeeping operations, addressing guest inquiries, and collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
You will delegate, mentor and guide your team and provide them with the support and guidance they need to progress further in their careers.
