A well established London Market insurance company seeks an Assistant Accountant for a fixed term contract for 6 months. This is to help with a legacy project and there is potential for the role to go on longer. You will be responsible for the overall invoicing activities in relation to the department which will include assisting Finance Business Partners in raising and issuing fee invoices, editing draft invoices before confirmation of the final version, responding to a high volume of emails and client queries, managing the daily upload of multi-currency invoices from the Adjusters, and assisting Credit Controllers on queries. You will have proven experience of Invoicing or Billing within the Insurance industry and good IT skills.
