Assistant Accountant - Stock

Your new company
An award winner in their field, this owner-managed business is looking to expand its finance team.
Your new role
Working closely with the Financial Director, Sales team and the warehouse, you will be key to the operational success of the company.

• Responsible for all aspects of stock - raise PO, manage stock levels, provide the sales team with information on changing prices, availability and delivery timescales
• Processing purchase ledger invoices
• Liaising with supplier, supplier queries management

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally AAT qualified or "qualified by experience, you will have a sound understanding of the day to day running of a finance team, ideally gained within an organisation(s) where stock has been key.
You will have strong Excel skills and be used to working with and providing information to numerous in-house teams.
