Main ResponsibilitiesLots to do but lots of fun

Our successful Assistant Bar, Lounge & Terrace Manager will;

Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in co-ordinating the Bar, Lounge and Terrace team functions and activities
Be a role model, motivate and lead the Bar, Lounge and Terrace team.
Champion the highest levels of guest care, with attention paid to controlling, reviewing and optimising:
Ensure guest satisfaction through high quality service and good public relations 
Ensure daily briefings and job allocations are carried out and daily tasks are completed
Develop each service including morning coffee, lunch and dinner drinks, afternoon tea and room service.
Record guest profiling and champion within the team
Ensure all systems, processes, and SOP’s are up-to-date and are regularly reviewed.
Manage wage percentage, input costed rota.
Ensure the purchasing of all supplies, stock and equipment is within budgeted guidelines.
Ensure PAR stocks are correct and stocktakes take place monthly.
Work with the Head Sommelier to deliver drinks training and develop upsell opportunities
Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, the maintenance of furnishings and equipment, and the proper set up of the Bar, Lounge and Terrace and connected areas
Support beverage and food gross profit

The Ideal CandidateAre you right for us?

Our successful Assistant Bar, Lounge & Terrace Manager will have;

Managerial or supervisory experience in a similar role 
Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
Great knowledge of and a passion for food and drink
The ability to work under pressure and to multi task
Proven team leadership skills
Immaculate presentation and grooming
Strong eye for detail
Exceptional communication skills
Confidence, initiative and 'Exclusive' personality                            
Computer literacy
