Job Role: As an Assistant Bodyshop Manager the role will provide an enjoyable challenging position for the right candidate heading up a team of highly skilled and enthusiastic Bodyshopproductives, valet team and ensuring to meet the demands of the new and used vehicle preparation by leading a first class vehicle Prep team

Experience/ Qualifications:

• Strong Leadership Skills
• Estimating Experience
• Great Negotiating Skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft office, previous experience using Bodyshop Management systems would be advantageous but not essential
• A keen eye for detail
• Ensuring that Customer satisfaction is maintained at all times
• Experience of working in a Bodyshop or with Aftersales processes, currently be in a customer facing or managerial role and will possess modern leadership skills.
