Assistant Bodyshop Manager

Working as an Assistant Bodyshop Manager for an established in Huddersfield, you will be joining a great team! Job Duties Include: - Effective Management of the bodyshop function, meeting and exceeding all KPIs - Working with the Bodyshop Manager to meet the demands of the business - Maximising the use of all available resources to ensure the department is run in the most effective manner - Estimating of jobs to decide the best way forward for the job card - Delivering a positive customer experience - Identifying opportunities for reducing waste/inefficiency or improving quality Requirements: - Experience with Estimating or working within a bodyshop is advantageous but not essential - Knowledge of Audatex is advantageous but again not essential - A good eye for detail is a must - The passion and willingness to drive the branch forward is key Reasons to apply for this role - Great Salary Basic - No weekends - Excellent chance at career progression If you have previously worked within a bodyshop or consider that department of key interest this is a great role for you!
