We are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join our Bournemouth Branch (BH9):
  • Contracted to 42.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday - 07:30 - 17:00
  • No bank holiday working required

Our Assistant Branch Managers, are a key support to the Business Manager taking on the ownership of team managementmonitoring and encouraging the daily sales activity, and covering day-to-day tasks to ensure the branch is consistently providing its best service to its customers.
We are looking for you to have team management experience, have a natural flair in relationship building and be able to drive people to achieve and exceed personal & business targets.
You will need to consistently think outside the box to come up with new and innovative ideas to attract new customers and drive loyalty with live trading accounts.
Assistant Branch Manager - Experience & Attributes:
  • Electrical product knowledge is advantageous
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, including telesales and account management
  • Excellent communication skills (including persuasion and influencing)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across a cross functional team to deliver target performance
  • To be customer centric with a customer service background
  • To have had experience of working under pressure in a fast-paced role, whilst maintaining a consistent eye for detail
  • An ability to embrace change and new technologies
  • Intermediate IT skills (i.e., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
