We are excited to recruit for a new Assistant Brand Manager. To be successful you will exude a genuine passion for Brands and Marketing (especially Weetabix!), and you will have the exciting opportunity to partner with our talented brand team, providing invaluable insight and support in managing brand portfolios across the 4P's and delivering successful projects from conception to completion; ultimately driving the achievement of our desired financial targets.
The recipe for success!
This role maintains Weetabix's consumer and trade facing marketing assets for a consistent brand image and to do this you will;
- Business Partner with the Senior Brand Manager in delivering Weetabix Brand Plan utilising your great cross collaboration skills, commercial finance to effectively manage and report on the Weetabix marketing budget and to develop/maintain relationships with external charity partners and our digital and social media partners.
- Provide insight into the development of future brand plans through our integrated commercial planning cycle and you will manage internal communication channels with brand activity and devising strategies to enhance internal engagement.
- By effectively managing our websites with timely and relevant information you will drive and increase traffic.
- You will be responsible for managing artwork projects and ensure they are delivered on time, and collate data to develop compelling presentations.

- Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
- Strong alignment to the Weetabix values

- Proven experience working on exciting innovation projects and captivating campaigns
- Expertise in building and nurturing strong partnerships with external agencies
- Stay updated on industry trends, customers, and consumers, and contribute innovative ideas for brand growth
