Joining a growing, dynamic beauty business and supporting on one of their biggest masstige brands you’ll work closely with the Senior Brand Manager in driving the performance of a market-leading Wellness brand.

With full sales channels to market; bricks and mortar Retailers, e-Tailers as well as overseas. Innovation is at the heart of their success. You will support the planning process; maintain and develop the NPD pipeline; analysing trends and competitors. Executing marketing communications and activities.

The successful candidate will be strong academically, holding a good level degree/equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline such as Marketing, Business or Brand. A creative thinker able to present ideas to senior internal stakeholders, able to respond well under pressure.

Looking for someone with Beauty/Wellbeing experience.

As the role offers flexible working, you’ll be based both in their HQ in North Cambs for part of the week as well as working at home - a full driving licence is therefore a must.
