Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting building surveys and preparing detailed reports.
- Assisting with design and specification writing.
- Engaging directly with clients across various sectors.
- Supporting project management activities and contract administration.
- Contributing to the team's delivery of high-quality services.
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have?
- A degree in Building Surveying either BSc or MSc.
- Some experience in a building surveying role, preferably with a similar practice.
- Ideally have made a start with APC progression.
- Excellent communication abilities and a team-player attitude.
- A commitment to providing high-quality services and a keen eye for detail.
