As an Assistant Business Services Co-ordinator, you'll be involved in lots of different tasks as you support the day-to-day running of the office. This is a busy and varied job – no two days will be the same. You’ll have an important part to play in your team meeting its goals, so you’ll always be looking at how you can offer help where needed. There is a working rotation of one weekend in three with this position from March to October.
What it's like to work hereThe Lanhydrock estate comprises a grade 1 listed mansion set in a 25 acre garden and surrounded by 910 acres of countryside. The property is presented today at its late Victorian zenith when it was the home of Thomas, 2nd Lord Robartes, his wife Mary and their large family who were looked after by a staff of 80. The property offers a fascinating insight into the workings of a country estate, both above and below stairs.
The property welcomes around 500,000 visitors a year to its wider estate and 40,000 users to the trails.

What you'll be doingYou’ll be helping to run a business service for the wider team that is efficient, proactive and flexible. Your responsibilities may include managing people’s diaries and records, helping with system and financial management, creating reports and other general administrative tasks.
