Assistant Buyer

Our client are a versatile residential developer and main contractor delivering innovative projects across the North West.

They have formed an excellent reputation for creating top-tier residential developments and are known for their exceptional quality and distinction.

They are now looking to recruit an Assistant Buyer to join their business.

Duties and responsibilities to include assisting with the below:

• Procurement development from start to finish on a range of new build developments
• Management of group subcontractors regarding any purchasing
• Supporting in regard to buying & purchasing across the region
• Procurement of all sites SLA's
• Liaising with internal and external teams
• Responsible for contract documentation & new product set ups
• Design & implementation of tenders
