Our client is an innovative developer specializing in the construction of residential projects encompassing luxury homes and design and build apartments. Additionally, they undertake a wide range of commercial projects in various sectors, such as care homes, retail spaces, warehouses, office buildings, restaurants, and leisure facilities, with project values ranging from £700,000 to over £5 million.They are now recruiting for an Assistant Buyer to join their business.
Duties and responsibilities to include assisting with the below:
* Procurement development from start to finish on a range of new build developments
* Management of group subcontractors regarding any purchasing
* Supporting in regard to buying & purchasing across the region
* Procurement of all sites SLA's
* Liaising with internal and external teams
* Responsible for contract documentation & new product set ups
* Design & implementation of tenders
