Week 1 - Monday to Thursday, 0800 to 1600, Friday 0800 to 1500
Week 2 - Monday to Thursday, 1130 to 1930, Friday 0800 to 1500
Job Duration: Ongoing
Location: Belfast
Hourly Rate: Up to 13.84 per hour
The post holder will be required to assist the Catering Supervisor in the organisation and the production of a high quality food service.
Experience:
- Experience of supervising staff in a large scale catering operation
- Experience in planning menus in an environment which meet changing customer demands
- Experience of training staff
- Great communication skills
- Experience of resolving conflict and/or customer complaints
- Able to demonstrate methodical working
- Operating and monitoring effective purchasing and stock control processes and practices
- Knowledge of current legislation in relation to F&B production and service
Qualification
- Intermediate or Advanced Food Hygiene certificate
- Either City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or NVQ Level 3 in Catering and Hospitality Supervisory Management or equivalent
