Koha clinics is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Assistant Clinic Manager to oversee our skin clinic. The Assistant Clinic Manager will support the Clinic Manager with the general operations of the clinic, including sales, customer service, treatment quality, clinic maintenance, and staff development.
Key responsibilities include:
- motivating and leading the team to meet sales targets and ensuring profitability, in close collaboration with the Clinic Manager.
- The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the clinic and delivering a high-quality service to clients, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment for staff.
- Drive clinic sales and maximize diary occupancy to meet targets, and training academy sales
- Order stock, including prescriptions, for the clinic
- Foster teamwork among all teams
- Maintain a high level of five-star patient service
- Work closely with practitioners to ensure adherence to correct processes and protocols and meet targets for treatment quality
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinic, preferably in a setting involving clinics/doctor surgeries.
- Proven track record of strictness, attention to detail, and maintaining high standards.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship building.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems, including booking management software and appointment scheduling.
- Problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to think critically, make sound decisions, and manage conflicts.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
