We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in supervising staff and daily operations
- Provide leadership and support to team members
- Ensure efficient club operations and adherence to company policies
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary
- Meet sales KPI's
- Assist in training new employees and conducting performance evaluations
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to sell products or services effectively

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
