Excellent opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary consultancy based in west Essex as an Assistant Property Manager. You will be joining an organisation who specialise in working with commercial and industrial property predominantly throughout the M11 corridor. The organisation works with a wide variety of clients including local authorities, private individuals, retail organisations and FTSE listed businesses. Your new role
As the Assistant Property Manager you will work alongside the Asset Manager on a commercial and industrial property portfolio. You will be responsible for day-to-day property management duties including dealing with maintenance issues and managing contractors, building compliance and service charges. Working alongside a chartered surveyor, you will also gain exposure to landlord and tenant queries such as lease renewals and rent reviews. Training will be provided and options are available to complete your APC in order to gain MRICS status. Flexible working hours are available and the role is office based.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you should have experience working with Commercial Property from either a property management or facilities management background. You should live within commutable distance from west Essex and will be required to supply a vehicle for work purposes.
