Our client is seeking an Assistant Contracts Manager to join their fit out team at Blackpool Head Office overseeing the shopfitting division
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Contracts Manager in pricing and producing Scope of Works for Construction projects.
- Creation of quotations using our project management software
- Collation and creation of job files, H&S site files, RAMS and CDM Files
- Ordering of materials via liaising with suppliers and wholesalers
- Producing Purchase Orders
- Continuously liaising with onsite engineers to ensure on time project delivery
Qualifications and Experience
Successful Candidates will:
- Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products such as Word and Excel
- Hold a full UK Driver s License
- Previous on the tools experience is preferred but not essential
- Willing to travel nationwide
- Knowledge of Building Regulations is preferred but not essential.
