We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Curriculum Leader for Science to join our fantastic team at Manchester Enterprise Academy. This is a permanent, full time role starting in September 2024.

This role attracts a TLR 2.3 - £7,847

Main purpose of the job:

This is a middle management post. In addition to those professional responsibilities which are common to all classroom teachers in the school, the post holder’s key responsibilities will be to provide professional leadership and management and develop excellence in pedagogy to ensure accelerated progress for all students in your subject area.

The post holder will be expected to match the characteristics described in the DfE Teaching Standards and will be required to exercise his/her professional skills and judgement to carry out, in a collaborative manner, the professional duties set out below.

Key relationships:

Senior Leaders, Curriculum Leaders, all teaching and support staff across the Trust.
