This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work for a major development business in the North West contributing to plan and deliver exciting real estate development projects across the UK including Wales and Scotland.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in conducting site evaluations, feasibility studies, and market research.
- Support in preparing financial analyses, including cash flow projections and investment appraisals.
- Collaborate with the project team to coordinate feasibility consultations and planning applications.
- Assist in negotiating agreements with stakeholders, including landowners, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Contribute to the preparation of development proposals, including drafting reports, presentations, and proposals.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Real Estate Degree and ideally approaching or recently completed MRICS qualification
