SalaryWe are currently working with one of our clients, who are a leading Residential Developer in Buckinghamshire, who are looking to recruit an Assistant Development Manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
- Research and review planning applications and identify opportunities and site constraints efficiently.
- Undertake feasibility studies.
- Support the Development Manager and ensure the development remains within the financial budget.
- Manage the cash flow of the development.
- Assist the team to complete paperwork and reports in order to gain internal approvals and ensure audit compliance.
- Assist team with suitable supporting information, helping the planning process.
- Approval of relevant invoices.
- Provide support to the team during external meetings such as planning and consultation meetings.
- Resolve issues in collaboration with the Development team.
- Any other task deemed necessary to the role.
The client is looking for candidates from a background with general knowledge in property, either through working for a Residential Developer or main contractor, or through an educational background in construction.
