We are currently recruiting for a passionate Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join our wonderful Ryobi team based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday (37.5 working hours per week). This position will be a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
The role of Assistant Digital Marketing Manager for RYOBI UK, reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager will be a key component in supporting the UK Marketing Strategy, focusing on content management. This role will involve close co-ordination between Key accounts and the Ryobi UK digital channels to ensure product information and key Marketing initiatives are reflected in the web content across the UK.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the creation, delivery and analysis of campaigns that drive traffic, conversion and engagement across key digital channels.
Help to manage the digital execution of multi-media brand campaigns.
Digital asset creation to use on website, emails, social media, and advertising using Adobe Suite or agencies.
Support end user communications by responding in a timely manner to email and social media enquiries, as well as proactively identifying areas of improvement.
Work closely with the EMEA Digital Team to support the overall Marketing Strategy.
To undertake key projects or other ad-hoc duties assigned by your Line Manager from time to time.
Help manage the communication and utilisation of online content and digital assets, to ensure the brand and product messaging is up to date and delivered consistently across all channels.
Work collaboratively with the UK Marketing Team and Sales Team to ensure online content is created and updated in a timely manner.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Preferably 3 years experience in Digital Marketing
Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with Adobe Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign) is beneficial but not essential
Good understanding of online software and analytics platforms is beneficial, but not essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and good project management skills
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as on own initiative.
Highly organised, with the ability to plan workload to achieve tight deadlines.
