We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic manager to work across Lewisham Hospital and London Borough of Lewisham to optimise patient discharge and flow from Hospital.
The Assistant Director of System Integration & Development is a key leadership role with individual and functional responsibility for assuring the alignment of service development in relation to the Integrated Care arrangements between LGT and Lewisham Council with their
available resources.
The postholder will play an instrumental role in delivering the Transformation strategy, providing both the programme management expertise to co-ordinate the Programme Workstreams and leading and supporting the numerous service redesign projects that form
the overall programme.

The post holder will drive innovative service development and provide advice, support and guidance to Directors to identify new financial models and funding opportunities, including the pooling of budgets and/or resources where appropriate across services to the benefit of
all residents and agencies in Lewisham.
In addition, the post holder will ensure the integration with the overall objectives of both the Council and Central Government, including as measured by key national and local performance indicators.
