Your new role
Managing a high performing team to deliver the engineering KPI's, you'll liaise with other departments to ensure engineering dove tail into site plans for continuous improvement and safety and have a supervisory impact on installations and project work. An interesting role in developing people, improvements and engineering strategy
What you'll need to succeed
Structured approach to management and strong people skills and bringing a good understanding of engineering, OEE and safety to the team. This is a progressive people-centric business where collaboration is very important and building a great team ethos is of high importance.
