Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the estimating team to analyse project specifications and requirements.
- Assist in preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for civil construction projects.
- Conduct thorough research on materials, labour, and equipment costs to ensure precision.
- Support in the preparation of bid proposals, ensuring adherence to client requirements.
- Work closely with project managers and engineers to gather essential data for estimating.
- Utilise estimating software and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with estimating software.
