Job Description
- Provide leadership in the development of Group financial policies and procedures overall financial programmes across the Trust.
- Lead the annual budgeting and planning process, deliver year end accounts.
- Support the leadership team in decision making through financial analysis and advice
- Monitor and manage the organisation's financial risks
- Ensure financial compliance with regulatory bodies
- Develop and implement strategies for financial growth
The Successful Applicant
To secure the role the successful candidate will bring the following skills & attributes:
- A comprehensive background in Financial Accounting within the NHS.
- Proven leadership abilities
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, procedures & audit processes
- Strong financial analysis and planning skills
- The ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial colleagues
- People Management & development capability.
