This stunning hotel retreat in the heart of Liverpool is now looking to further strengthen its team with the following appointment of an experienced Assistant Financial Controller.
As a key member of the Accounts team, the Assistant Financial Controller will* Assist the Financial Controller to drive Finance Strategies for the Hotel and other projects.* Supervise the Accounting Team on a day-to-day basis; ensuring that all hotel Finance policies and procedures are followed and that robust control measures are in place.* Maintain the hotel procurement system, Procure Wizard, and work with Heads of Departments to measure and control costs across all areas of the business, both Operational and capital Expenditure.* You will be required to work closely with all hotel depts, offering financial advice and support.* Produce monthly operating statistics, whilst investigating and highlighting areas of concern.The Essential Skills:* Extensive experience in assisting with hotel management accounts.* Strong commercial awareness.* Solid backgroun...
