A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT FOOD BEVERAGE MANAGER at RAMADA BY WYNDHAM HOTEL BELFAST
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Food Beverage Manager you can expect your working day to include the following.
- Assisting the F B Manager in the smooth running of the department
- Helping drive quality scores for the department
- Aiding the team and helping with training of the team
- Ensuring the team give a super guest experience
- Presentation of the department and appearance of the team
- Following company procedures
