Salary - £25k
FTC - June 2024 (Immediate start)
Main Responsibilities:
- To assist the Transformation team with administration and reporting for the transition of the custody operation processes.
- Focus on updating data and forms for the transfer and settlement of assets.
- Assist the Transformation team in the day to day activities in completion of onboarding Investment Managers and moving Members
- Trained to a competent unsupported level in the transfer and settlement of Unit Trusts, UK Equities, UK & US Treasury, and International Trades
- Administer all associated tasks in order to open a Unit Trust Account
- Manage own workflow to ensure deadlines are met within project deadlines and risk managed
- Escalate problems and issues for resolution to senior team members where necessary
- To build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- To ensure compliance with the business Trustee obligations, Financial crime and anti-money laundering regulations
Experience required:
- Knowledge of Financial markets and the UK and Global settlements and custodian processes
- Experience of providing customer service in the Financial Sector
- Experience of working to multiple fixed deadlines
- Experience of working within the rules and regulations
