Assistant General Manager – Fine Dining

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per annum

Location: Miami, FL

My client is a reputable entertainment group who is looking for an Assistant General Manager for a Fine Dining restaurant to join their team! You will manage the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running restaurant.

Responsibilities: 

• Ensuring exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, ambiance, and food quality in accordance with the restaurant's Fine Dining standards
• Managing and training front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders, to deliver impeccable service and uphold the restaurant's brand image
• Implementing and enforcing restaurant policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations to ensure compliance and maintain a safe and sanitary environment for guests and staff
• Assisting with scheduling, payroll, and budgeting processes to ensure efficient staffing levels and financial performance

Ideal Assistant General Manager: 

• You will have good career stability and a passion for food and customer service
• You are a well-rounded and motivated restaurant professional who thrives in performance-driven environments
• Fine dining experience an asset
• You must be able to lead others and hold your own in a fast-paced environment, all while having a positive and humble personality
• You will have experience with labour budgets, writing schedules, and you must be able to develop, mentor, and supervise large teams
