Hours: 37.5 hours per week, full-time

The role:

Renacres Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Chef to join our kitchen team at Renacres Hospital. You will ensure all catering services are second to none - of the highest standard in both quality and presentation. You will have experience of working in a restaurant-style kitchen, including cooking for large numbers of people. It is likely that some of this experience will have taken place in a healthcare setting.

With you you'll bring:

• City & Guilds 706 - 1 / 2 or NVQ equivalent
• Current level 3 food hygiene certificate
• Kitchen management experience
• Good computer skills (MS Office package)
• Demonstrated knowledge of dealing with finance and budgets
• Excellent communicator and people person
• Excellent organisation skills; able to prioritise to meet strict and often conflicting deadlines
• Flexibility and adaptability
