This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving Prep School as our Assistant Head Pastoral.
The Assistant Head Pastoral will be responsible for the delivery of outstanding pastoral care, ensuring the highest standards of pupil behaviour at all times. You must be an excellent communicator and record keeper, and have the ability to devise, implement and review new initiatives and policies.
The successful candidate must be able to show diplomacy, fairness, firmness, tolerance, listening skills, confidentiality, a sense of humour, a strong work ethic and be a team player.
The Assistant Head Pastoral will be a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT), and will play an important role in the School's strategic planning.
Moulsford Prep School is an independent preparatory school for 370 pupils, aged 3 to 13, situated on an idyllic 30-acre site on the banks of the River Thames, near Wallingford in South Oxfordshire. The School became co- educational from Pre-School to Year 2 in September 2023. We remain all- boys from Years 3 to 8.
