Archbishop Holgate’s School are seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher to join and enhance our dynamic and forward-thinking leadership team. The successful candidate will help to drive the pastoral team and strengthen work with some of our most vulnerable learners. This is an exciting role and pivotal to ensuring the school’s continued success in the future.
Key Elements of the role include:
- Leading in our pastoral support of all learners.
- Supporting our work in Safeguarding and Child Protection.
- Working closely with external agencies and partners.
- Leading our work on key policies and systems on behaviour and pastoral support.
- Supporting our strategic and operational work to ensure that systems and policies are embedded effectively.
