SalaryThe Headmaster of Taunton School wishes to appoint an Assistant Head Pastoral (Senior School) from September 2024.
This post is an exciting opportunity for a well-qualified and experienced teacher to be at the heart of a thriving independent co-educational day and boarding school, enabling pupils to achieve their full potential and delivering an education of exceptional breadth and opportunity.
The role is a key position within the Senior Management team, and is central to the wellbeing, conduct and character education of all Senior School pupils.
The successful candidate will need to have experience at middle management level, coupled with the ability to lead on several aspects of the pastoral provision at TS. Excellent leadership skills, with a natural personal style that relates easily to others, and the motivation and resilience to succeed in a busy and fulfilling role, are essential.
