Moorside High School is an extremely popular and over-subscribed comprehensive school in the
Staffordshire Moorlands and part of the Potteries Educational Trust.
This is a great opportunity for an existing or aspiring Assistant Headteacher with the ability to provide
strategic leadership and management of behaviour and attendance across the school.
We are looking for someone who has the creativity and energy to take staff with them on a strategic
journey that has impact. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual with excellent leadership skills, committed to supporting pupils to succeed; and able to lead a successful team.
We welcome applications from a broad range of backgrounds and experience within education. In
order to support our pupils along their learning journey, we require applicants who are flexible and
willing to teach outside of their subject specialism.
