Assistant Health & Safety Manager Ref: 27845 Part - Time
We are hiring an ambitious and forward thinking Assistant Health & Safety Manager to join our London based team 2/3 days per week.
The opportunity
Required to support the health and safety component of allocated FM contracts.
To assist in providing support and advice to account operational teams in all areas of Health, Safety, Compliance and Quality related measures
Support the H&S Manager in Account/ Service Partner performance analysis and work with the FMs to ensure there is a culture of continuous improvement within the accounts on all matters of QHSE.
Support the H&S strategy on the accounts in a proactive manner to ensure all Environmental and statutory compliance matters are dealt with in accordance with local legislation while working with FMs.
Support in ensuring all Compliance and Health & Safety related data is up to date, according to allocated FM contracts
Assist in the creation and coordination of the account audit and inspection schedule for all QHSE related audits & reports and assurance checks, undertake and provide support for these as required and align in consultation with allocated FM contracts H&S Manager, Central H&S and Macro colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
QHSE or compliance related qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH General Certificate and working towards achieving a H&S Diploma).
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar environment.
Experience in Facility Management in an international environment preferred but not essential
Experience in Legislative matters and a strong administrative background.
Ability to communicate effectively at Senior Management level
